Our 'chicken' style seitan with mushroom & chestnut stuffing. To cook: remove the string and bake until piping hot throughout. Alternatively cut into slices and lay in a baking dish with vegetable stock or gravy. Cover with foil and bake until piping hot throughout. Or enjoy cold in a sandwich- ready to eat!
